This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and FutbolConnect, Inc. ("FutbolConnect", "we", "our", or "us"), a Delaware C-Corporation headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, governing your use of the FutbolConnect mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App — including via Apple TestFlight or Google Play — you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

01. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, FutbolConnect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

02. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

Reverse EngineerDecompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App

Modify or Create DerivativesAlter, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App

Copy or DistributeReproduce or distribute the App or any part of it without written authorization

Sublicense or SellRent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the App

Remove NoticesRemove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices or labels on the App

Circumvent SecurityInterfere with or bypass any security, authentication, or access control features

Use for Commercial PurposesExploit the App or its content for any commercial purpose without authorization

Upload Harmful CodeIntroduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious or harmful code into the App

Automated AccessUse bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the App

03. Ownership & Intellectual Property

FutbolConnect Owns the App

The App, including all of its code, design, graphics, interfaces, content, trademarks, and trade secrets, is and remains the exclusive property of FutbolConnect, Inc. and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved by FutbolConnect.

Your ContentYou retain ownership of any content you create and upload through the App. By uploading content, you grant FutbolConnect a limited license to store, display, and share it within the Services as described in our Terms & Conditions. This EULA does not transfer any ownership of your User Content to FutbolConnect.

FeedbackIf you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the App, you grant FutbolConnect the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

04. Third-Party Components

The App may include or link to third-party software components, libraries, or services. These are subject to their own license terms, which you agree to comply with. FutbolConnect is not responsible for third-party components or services.

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms is also governed by Apple's and Google's respective terms of service. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Apple's or Google's terms, Apple's or Google's terms shall govern with respect to their platform.

Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and bear no responsibility for the App or its content.

05. Updates & Changes

FutbolConnect may, at its sole discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. These updates may be required to continue using the App and may automatically install on your device. Updates are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by a new agreement.

We may also modify or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice or liability. We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after an updated EULA is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

FutbolConnect does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the App, including training analytics or performance metrics.

No oral or written information given by FutbolConnect or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not fully apply to you.

07. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FutbolConnect, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses

Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App

Physical injuries sustained during training or sporting activities facilitated by the App

Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted via the App by third parties

Any errors or omissions in user-submitted content or platform data

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitations on liability, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall FutbolConnect's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

08. Termination

Automatic Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. FutbolConnect may also terminate or suspend your license at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.

Upon termination of this license, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Sections of this EULA relating to Ownership, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

You may also terminate this license at any time by deleting the App from your device. Termination does not entitle you to a refund; refunds are governed by the applicable App Store refund policies.

09. Governing Law & Disputes

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware. By using the App, you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
